Ron Gass is an ARIAS-U.S. certified reinsurance and insurance arbitrator and umpire, a member of the American Arbitration Association Roster of Neutrals and American Health Lawyers Association ADR Dispute Resolution Roster, and an attorney. He has over 29 years of legal experience and 24 years of reinsurance and insurance experience.

Mr. Gass has served as either an arbitrator or umpire in over 95 reinsurance arbitrations since January 2002.

Prior to establishing his arbitration practice, he was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of an international reinsurer, Assistant General Counsel for a preeminent national property/casualty insurance trade association, and General Counsel of a medical malpractice insurer. His extensive insurance and reinsurance experience includes:
